Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange.

 

Processing Time - There is a time of 1 - 3 working days to process your order before dispatch, so please allow for this. 

All parcels sent within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. You may upgrade to next day delivery, but the processing time will still apply.

Parcels sent outside of the UK (international parcels) will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and can take around 6 - 30 days to arrive.

Personalized Items - We do not accept returns for personalized items. All sales of personalized items are final.

Non-Personalized Items - If you are not satisfied with your non-personalized item, you may return it for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in an unused condition.

Face Masks - We do not accept returns for facemasks. All sales of face masks items are final due to safety reasons.

Digital Items Digital items cannot be refunded. However, if you have any problems with your digital item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Timeframe - You have 14 days to return an item if you are in the UK and 30 days if you are outside the UK.
